I stumbled across Nortvi while researching luggage, as I hadn't previously heard of the brand. I'm glad I did. Okay, I admit I am fussy, so I was looking for luggage that: is tough (we know the battering suitcases get when they're being loaded on and off planes) is eco-friendly has a lifetime warranty has good wheels (that actually roll and don't make a **** of a noise) is reasonably priced (ie you get what you pay for) looks good. I'm pleased to say my 'Medium check-in' (in Rainforest Green if you're asking) does all this. And it's not often I find a product that ticks every box. On top of that, my experience with Nortvi's customer service was fantastic. I live in the UK, which meant the courier (UPS) gave me a hefty charge. What I hadn't realised was Nortvi refund that when you let them know. Mine was refunded within ten minutes of me sending the email, which blew my mind. So when they say 'Free shipping', they really mean it. I've bought another one since (a carry-on), and the experience was just as good. So overall, if you're looking for new luggage, you won't regret buying one of these.

I have been in possession of a front pocket trolley in ocean blue since October '22. I have already used it a lot. Despite the not gentle treatment that the trolley receives and the many kms it has traveled (especially during a tour of Japan), the suitcase is still like new. The wheels also still run super smoothly. Compliments and thanks for making such a beautiful, sustainable and high-quality product.
