The special designed front pocket is water resistant and made to carry a 13 to 16 inch laptop. Die Qualität meines Nortvi Handgepäckkoffers ist erstaunlich gut! Ich habe einen Koffer für das Handgepäck gebraucht, der langlebig ist und wo die Räder nicht blockieren, da ich häufiger auf Geschäftsreise bin. Ich habe meinen Nortvi Koffer nun mittlerweile über ein Jahr und die Räder, Reissverschlüsse, sowie Innenfutter sind noch wie neu. Die Qualität eines Koffers merkt man beim häufigen Reisen vor allem an den Rollen (oft nutzen diese sich unterschiedlich stark ab, Blockieren irgendwann oder eine Rolle fällt aus), sowie an der Stange an welcher man zieht (diese werden oft locker und rutschen von alleine nach unten); beides ist hier noch immer in einem top Zustand bei monatlichem Fliegen. Grosse Weiterempfehlung!

Ich habe nach einem geeigneten Koffer für mein Handgepäck gesucht, den ich für Dienstreisen für 1-3 Tage nutzen kann. Wenn man etwas länger unterwegs ist muss man die Kleidung schonmal gut zusammenpressen können. Ist man aber nur für eine Nacht auf Dienstreise, kann es sein, das der Koffer nicht richtig ausgefüllt ist. Hat man bspw. nur wenig Kleidung dabei, fällt sie einfach im Koffer nach unten sobald man den Koffer aufrecht hinstellt. Deshalb war mir ein Compression Pad sehr wichtig, da man damit sehr flexibel beim Packen der Kleidung ist. Die üblichen Hersteller waren entweder zu teuer oder haben mich qualitativ nicht so überzeugt. Nach einigem Suchen wurde ich auf die Marke Nortvi aufmerksam, vor allem weil sie sehr viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit legen. Und dort überzeugte mich der Elite sofort. Die Qualität ist Klasse und der Preis ist absolut angemessen. Zudem wurde ich von Simone absolut toll beraten. Danke nochmal dafür! Das ist heute nicht mehr Selbstverständlich. Der Elite ist klein, leicht und trotzdem sehr robust und hat dabei ein tolles Fassungsvermögen von 39 Litern. Durch das neue Compression Pad kann man seine Kleidung hervorragend verstauen. Die leisen Rollen sind natürlich sehr angenehm und die Fronttasche ist phantastisch, da man hier z.B. seinen Laptop oder seine Ladekabel verstauen kann und sofort und jederzeit herankommt ohne den Koffer aufmachen zu müssen. Mich hat sowohl Nortvi, als auch der Elite und natürlich der tolle, sehr kundenfreundliche und nette Service voll überzeugt. Von mir gibt es 10 von 10 Punkten!

At first, there was an issue with the delivery: a full week after placing my order, I still hadn't received any updates. I contacted customer service, and the representative immediately acknowledged there had been a problem. Just five minutes later, I received an email confirming that the luggage had been shipped. Shortly after, I received an invoice from UPS for customs fees. I called NORTVI to clarify, as the delivery was supposed to be free of charge. They explained that the item had to be shipped from the Netherlands due to lack of stock in Switzerland—but they refunded the customs fees the same day, without any hassle. Their customer service is truly outstanding: they answer the phone immediately, and respond to emails within 1–2 hours. That level of responsiveness is rare and greatly appreciated. I’ve just received the luggage and haven’t had the chance to use it yet, but my first impressions are very positive.
